I almost missed this one:inocent:, the form and the proportions are spot on and I love the wild nature of the hair as well, it should really help distinguish you're Naruto from the many others. By the way, the face modeling rocks!:thumb::thumb:

This model is looking NICE! I would maybee change the way the ears look. Maybee try and use some real life reference while your sculpting them because they still look a little blocky.
But hey, your model is very impressive, I can't wait to see the final product!

Maybe the wrist seems a little too big,, and the strap on his right leg seems to have less grasp -- as if his pants are made of sturdy material:p
But that just my opinion though, however I personally believe you're still leading the challenge for this character entry (naruto)!
I wonder what type of texture you'll use :think:

Holy crap, that's awesome =O
The specular is killing it though; His clothes are way to reflective, and he looks like he's sweating heavily. Overall, everything looks like it has the same amount of shininess.
I'm going to assume you know about the hair, so it'll be interesting to see how you handle that.
EDIt: Also, it just occured to me: Why is the zipper where it is, and the top of the jacket is still closed?

Amazing work. Texture reads like a silent hill character. Gives Naruto a sinister effect. I have to agree with the crits in regards to the specular map making things look too plastic, but im sure you'll figure it out as you go.
Chasarsis - The top of the jacket folds over, just like a polar neck cept in jacket form.

Very good looking piece you have coming there :) I'm not big fan of naruto but this one rocks totally!
I don't have much to critique, I like the eyes and I don't really think they're too reflective at all. Only thing I think might improve it even further is giving the jacket some more saturation, right now its pretty 'bland' by color (bland as in greyish shades)

Clueme, actually you don't have to include the polycount of the stand and the texture for it inside. 5000 tris and texture is only for your model and the accesssories but the stand you can make it as high res as you want.
So now you have extra polygons to spare

well since you still have more tris, i suggest you to add some for the hair with opacity map, it will give you cloud hair style :) good luck man, i'll show you sample of the hair if i get it. i'm searching now, well may be some one can help clueme?

Just make sure when you do your final render not to block the beautiful model with the FX you have going on. Other than that you’ve done a stellar job thus far!:)

There's still time to rework the hair, I personally think it clashes with the realistic face. Also the Spec on the headband looks off.

Damn......that's absoulutely stunning. Still, the boxy arm and the high poly looking face came out kind funny, reminds me of Team Fortress 2 style. But still it's one solid piece. Good job and good luck!

Looks great. Love everything you did except for the hair. Feels like you need the style of his hair to be in the same ball park with the face. Too distracting. Yet, still a very well done and stunning piece of work.
