try to work with the original refs from naruto, will give you better results, download the Ref.rar package on this thread: http://www.gameartisans.org/forums/showthread.php?t=759

There is to much wrong proporation wise, just take a look at the ref and use them, you will recieve 100% better results!

looks like you have a good start. you really have shown improvement.

I am not sure what your poly count is looking like, but if you needed some more tri to work with, the bands on his leg for his knife holder could easily be done with textures. you really don't need them in the geometry.

At now My poly count is 1600.

The case which it uses too plentifully?

The maximum triangle count for this competition is 5000.

Notice that is triangles not polygons. If you are at 1600 right now you should be fine. Just remember that in the end, the count is based after triangles.

hmm, i guess you should check his proportion before detailing his body, his body is kinda stiff right now, and his eyes are a little bit weird..
