Word to the wise, don't (over) explain your concepts. The design should more or less speak for itself. Now, if you want to give a small back story to support his look or world then that's fine. However, if you have to explain the concept then perhaps it's not clear enough. You would never presume to explain Spider-Man's design, right? From the intricate webbing to the spider emblem to the web shooters and armpit webbing, the design speaks for itself. Same here. Just let your work do the talking. A strong design will speak volumes all on its own.
Nifty design overall. Looks like something out of the Tick. :)
Just my $0.02.
Awesome strategy especially with creating a back story to the character design and making plans and a layout of what to do each night, I like that idea & can't wait to see how this turns out given the time constraints.
@ cookepuss - I know but I really wanted to create a bit of a back story for this guy, and thnx
@ sinz - Thanks man, this is an important model for me and it will require me to pull out a couple of long nights

No problem with the back story. That can be a good thing, especially when you don't have the time to visualize his context (eg. the rest of his world/universe). I just felt that there was probably too much in the way of "director's commentary."
It's not just you though. I'm just as guilty. I find myself doing that all of the time. I over explain and occasionally excuse my stuff when I should just let it stand on its own legs. It's a rough habit to break. Not sure I ever will. :)
I do like the rough design though. Is that just a working color scheme or are you going to jazz it up some more. Nothing too wrong with a monochromatic design. I was just wondering if you were going to juxtapose some colors.
Milestouns is great way to go. good luck!
PS. for now your Cruor remind me two monsters from Lineage II:

wow....now thats wacky. I have to admit, my eyes glazed over the text, but that's ok. The concept itself is a little unclear whether or not the model will have a head, or whether itll just 'end' with the axe. It looks like there might be a neck/head in there that are just removed for clarity's sake.
anyway, goodluck!
haha yeah, I don't know what to do with it yet.. but I think I'll put a head there, maybe a big shark like head (only the top jaw part)
