Here's the preliminary sketch

Since her specialty is healing, I made her a ninja-nurse uniform with a harajuku fashion influence.

The new weapon is acu-needles for disrupting enemy's chakra or even enhancing her own chakra energy. The needles can perform as projectiles or can be use for close combat like a claw.

The sketch looks great, you really get that nurse/healer feeling from it. The only thing I see is that the head might be a little too big for an adult version of her (if thats what you are going for) at the moment she looks very young. Still top notch work, looking forward to more progress.
