Hey all,
I bought Polyboost about a month ago and love using it and have made it a major part of my work flow and have had no problems using it, until I had to reformat my computer that is.
After reformatting my computer I reinstalled 3ds Max and when I went to install/authorize my version of Polyboost it tells me the serial number that was generated is invalid. After researching I've found that each version of Polyboost is licensed to only one copy of Max, so maybe Polyboost thinks I'm trying to run it on 2 different copies of Max? So I've emailed the people at Polyboost and as of today I have gone a week and a half without any response, and I've emailed them 3 times.
So if anyone has any insight on this problem please let me know because alot of my projects are at a halt awaiting retopo and Id really prefer not to shell out another $150 for Polyboost again. Thanks :D
