yeah, the wing is actually going to be attached to the pauldron. That is the artifact. Aligned with the Air element.

mmmm im really liking these man. Very cool stylistic carvings. like the two latest details, but i still like the ninja stalker (number 4).

Actually the first of the two latest really rocks! Gorilla masher. Such nice pose, nice counterweight with the weap.. this one is singing for me right now.

I like the staff version alot. Its very good. I like the wing idea. Are you thinking of some spectral wing form or more material actual wing?

As an idea... What if he's staff went over the other shoulder and there was some fancy looking weapon belt going under her robe along the other shoulder? You might get nice cross detail, right now the other side of him is very empty, which isn't necessarily good thing. As an other idea.. How about giving his robe some nice details along the spirals and maybe hanging tribal symbols around?
