Maybe you could look at the Architect from Dragon Age Awakening. He has a look similar to what you've got in your reference. Might inspire some different ideas.

today i made sketch on book. i will draw it in photoshop

i want to add ten hands in my character. ten hand represent for The Ten Plagues of Egypt. but i afraid there is no space to add many hands.
his only weakness is his heart. the heart is blocked by hands (player must attack his heart for beat him)
