Good start, but be carefull of hitting key Punisher notes and not coming off looking like a PA Punk wearing a Punisher t-shirt, if you get what I mean.

Id try to get some of the skull toothyness into the belt like the Marvel original had - I consider that prety iconic, and those white gloves he has.
