el cleano armoro on el armo
greato jobo homyo
merci beaucoup mon ami
Je suis trois dimensions artiste!!
ps.
temps de travailler sur la poitrine!
Hey bud. Looks good so far. I'm not totally sold on how you did the lower arms though. It looks like two guys got spliced on to each other. Maybe something like this would work better?
Goro by Pedro Toledo on ZBrush Central
Original Goro concept art by John Tobias on his Twitter page
Goro as of MK9
Thanks Lroy gonna try to fix that area and give him a six pack as well. I still thinking about the design right now at a bit of a stand still.
tried to change the chest and ab area

I have been away from the forums for a little while but I am very impressed by the evolution of your work!! Keep up the work it is looking good.
thanks I plan on working on it more after im done this environment comp. Hope your doing good
been awhile I had moved to a different area in Long Island so it took awhile to get back on track but here is my latest progress on the lower arms

Looking great. I have to applaud your persistence on this one. It's definitely paying off.
thanks man I'm getting better at it and less scared to make bases in max lol
You are getting there! Interesting to follow your progress. One little wisdom I was told far back in time - try to avoid the "Butterfly effect" meaning right and left side of a body should not be totally identical. My 2 cents...
thanks amethyst i plan on breaking the symmetry on this im just too chicken to do it now lol i will though add more variance and try to bring out more naturalism in this piece once all the armor is done im gonna save out a seperae copy and go crazy or it breaking spikes scratching arm cracking metal some dents here and there so veins for muscles alpha wrinkles for hands etc i got plans lol
You sure know what you are doing and I'm looking forward to your progress. Go go go!
You're making some real progress from the earlier images you were posting. You've probably seen this already, but I found this;
By an artist called sankart: http://sankart.deviantart.com/
And you've probs already done it, but just look at loads of images of 'Goro' and see how the anatomy works for the torso(s).
Keep going!
thanks chakkrit this project is on hold atm until I finish texturing my enviro project but I will revisit the anatomy a bit and see where I can improve
hey there, keep going man! I will follow your thread![]()
about the weird pinching have u tried dynamesh on this model? maybe you can also try pressing alt key while smoothing to activate the alternate smoothing algorith, in zbrush, that helps me a lotprobably a bit late for that tip huh?..lol
Thanks I started this before dynamesh was available but its good to know for future projects thanks for following![]()
Heys guys I'm back!! This time to finish this! Trying to fix the anatomy this is what I did today. I am not doing fixing the chest yet have to work more on the ankle area. I got laot of work to do and ready to get it done. So fixing the anatomy then gonna worry about armor and then weapons, then shield, then pedestal, and then uv texturing gonna do zsphere rigging some nice photoshop compositing possible background really wanna push this hard.
