3D Real-Time Specialist
We are looking for a talented 3D Artist with solid expertise in Real Time. If you are passionate and ambitious, always on top of the latest developments in 3D and eager to work within a team of talented Artists, you fit our profile.

We are looking for someone who wants to combine technical expertise and creativity, for both are equally important at INDG. You will create high quality Real Time assets, product visualization stills and animations that will exceed our customers’ expectations. Our customers are international clients such as Philips, Vodafone, Orange and Quickstep.

You will work towards delivering excellent quality by working closely together with the development team and will lead project teams within the 3D Studio.

Creativity is one of the standard requirements of our staff since we consider this as the backbone of our organization. Our highly skilled and well performing 3D Studio (19 FTE) currently consists of 3D Artists, Motion Designers and Character Animators. As 3D Real Time specialist you, the driven genius we seek, will have ultimate responsibility for the quality of the creative part of INDG’s experiences.
You will combine the complex strategic demands of our clients with visual creativity that really engages our customers.

Responsibilities

Create Real Time assets, including modelling, unwrapping and texturing.
Create product visualization stills and animations
Create and evaluate workflows for asset creation
Manage internal and external individuals and teams
Collaborate closely with developers and programmers to ensure workflows are efficient

Required skills

Excellent knowledge of real time modelling, texturing and unwrapping
Excellent knowledge of 3DS max
Excellent knowledge of Photoshop
Experience with Unity
Experience with sculpting software (for example mudbox or zBrush)



Advantageous skills

Experience with scripting in 3DSmax
Experience with product visualizations
Project based leadership experience
Good knowledge of After Effects
Experience with serious real time applications
