Unofficial Mini Competition "ONCE UPON A TIME..." inspired by Melrick

As you may gather from the title, this mini competition is based off of stories, but more precisely, fairytales. You are tasked with creating a low poly character from a fairytale of your choice. You may choose anything you like but picking a ridiculously obscure character won't grab the attention of many.

This may be quite a test for some people but I am throwing it back 'old skool' like.

1000 tris

256 diffuse only (alpha channel can be used for opacity)

Aww I was going to do Beast or Boots. I'll try to think of something else

Unpetitmax - there is no reason you cannot do one of those. Sometimes it is even better as you can really throw down the gauntlet and challenge someone as you are doing the same character... or do it in a completely different style. Have multiple takes on a single character is always interesting to see. But either way, choose something and get at it.

Draxxuss - I know, I know. I'm not turning my back on those two ideas, but variety is nice too, and with hundreds and hundreds of different fairy tales, it would be a shame! :P

Hmm... which reminds me it ends on the 24th, Quebec's national day. I'll do the Chasse Galerie ("The Bewitched Canoe" in english) to commemorate!

Talonhawk - this mini should be fun as it is unofficial and all, so the rules are very general. If you feel like putting a unique spin on it, then by all means, do so. 3 little techno pigs? Why not!
