Looks good so far. This characters looks like a mix between The City Of Lost Children and Dark City to me, and I love these movies!
I love the eyes on the first concept, maybe you could put his "glasses" at the top of his head and letting the eyes apparent.

Vincent - Thanks! I'm really happy you said it reminds of you of city of lost children because I'm basing a few things from this character on the characters in that movie. I have not seen dark city but I may have to watch it this weekend. As for the glasses I'm going to make them a different model so they will be removable.
Here's my progress for today. Nothing's really finished I'm still learning the program and trying to work on the piece as a whole but I keep getting carried away with the details. I'm not really happy with the pants so they will get redone.

I'm going to move on to the goggles, weapon, and shoulder bag then low poly mesh. C & C is welcome![]()
I've been playing around with the weapon and modified the concept based off some feedback.
I really liked the way the weapons in bioshock would change when you upgraded them so I'm going for something like that. It's going to be like a revolver and an autococker paintball marker. Any feedback or ideas is appreciated.![]()

Here's an update on the diffuse map. I'm just getting a base dirt pass on the model then I'll go through and add a detail pass on everything. No spec atm that'll be next.
Note: I pulled the shader off www.poopinmymouth.com and it's awesome thanks for that!
