    Old Thor | Stand

Hey guys! I'm going to make a real time Thor for this challenge. The idea is to create a viking style Thor, with a two-handed big mjolnir. I'm terrible in doing concepts, so I hope I will make a better job with the 3D. Here is what I got so far:

    Latest update:

Now I'm going to refine this concept. Critics are welcome! Good luck to all

slipknotrlm, sarakawa, thebest, Diego Martinez, shamaz_84, mdk: Thanks guys!

As my drawing skills are very limited, I painted my ideas over an awesome concept by Marc Holmes. So here is my final concept of Thor. Going to work on the 3d now!

I like the drawing a lot. But his anatomy is not old. He looks like he could be in his 20s with that type of muscles. No sagging anywhere oddly. Check out older body builders to see what their muscles looks like. Stallone is a good example too. They also have even more veins than usual and often hunched over slightly. The more veins may be due to permanent fat loss which happens in the face and arms usually. It probably happens all over though except the abs.

    this looks awesome!
are u going to make his hair a bit grey in some parts? 'cause i think full blond of the concept doesn't give the old warrior feeling properly

    looking forward to this

womball: You are right man! I fixed that. The body looks older now. Thanks for the tip!
    slipknotrlm: Thanks fela!
M4rt3: Sure man! I'll make him older in the 3D, with white/grey hair. I'm horrible with concept and 2d, so....haha. Thanks for the tip

Here is another wip guys. The helmet and beard are only sketches to preview the final result. I'll make the details in the face and body later, with all the acessories blocked.
