    the tentacle , head and upper body look great, but im not sure about the masses in the legs. i dont have my muscle sheets on hand, but tose shapes ust dont look quite right. great work so far though!

    I agree with Jonny. The leg masses look wierd. Specifically, you have HUGE upper leg masses and tiny lower/digitigrade mucsles. Also, the muscle you do have don't look quite like they connect to anything in the anatomy. Just kind of blobs really.

    Also, the tenticle thing freaks me out. Freud, my friend, would have a field day.

    They wings lack some definition. I think its a cool idea, with the fairy wings, but I think you need to make the surface area larger, so it looks like he could fly or at least do some damage with them. Wreath them in flame perhaps?

    The face is also coming along nicely, although it looks too smooth in parts. I'd think it would be really cool to give him some face tats when it comes to that stage too

    Despite all that critique, I most certainly like him :3 (or I would, if not for that phallic arm... thing. Seriously. Dude)

    About the tentacle; lol i wanted it to be disturbing, so i guess i will
    take your comments as a compliment
    The wings are kinda placeholders; if you look at the concept you will see that the wings are feathered - so that part will be covered with alpha planes in the final piece. in other words dont expect any more definition to them during the sculpting phase.
    The legs now... well, yea, the legs.... i'll work on them i promise
    Oh! btw, dont think about the tentacle too much now, or it will give you nightmares for months - i cant sleep at night when i think about it and i made the freakin' thing
    Seriously now, thanx alot for viewing and commenting - i will try to make the most of your critique guys (tentacle stays though)

    Ok; i succumbed to popular demand - i killed the tentacle; seriously guys, its gone. Well the tentacle is dead, long live the Uber Powerful ACME Hand of Doom (tm)!!!!!!111111

    did you make your base mesh using Zspheres? I was trying to use them but making a hand is difficult. your hands look really good though.

    keep pushing yourself, it seems to be improving the look by leaps and bounds.

    thx for your comment CowboyOrange! I dont really use Zspheres, its all hardcore box modeling for the base mesh. Zspheres are weird and evil and they give you twisted surreal nightmares!

    Looking nice, but only ten days to go - might be worth pushing forward and creating your caged mesh soon! You don't wanna get this far and not leave time for texturing/rigging/lighting etc!

    still not sure about his lowers, but im liking the shoulder armor. how is it attached to him? as for the legs, dont get too caught up with the little details at first, hust get the big shapes in and then slowly start adding veins and what not. keep it up dude!
